The writer, like his previous ransom letters, said that he’d be willing to offer the critical information about where Nancy’s remains are — but only if he is given a Bitcoin. He demanded half the amount of a Bitcoin now, and then once the public gains interest, he said he wants the remaining half of the Bitcoin to be deposited into the same account he made in February.
The ransom sender claimed that he witnessed Nancy with her kidnapper in Mexico earlier on in the case, writing to TMZ, “I Saw her alive with them in the state of Sonora Mexico.”
