Brittany Aldean is looking back on her wedding to Jason Aldean.
On her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Sept. 7, Brittany, 37, reflected on the day she and Jason tied the knot in March 2015 on a beach in Mexico. She's thought about a vow renewal, Brittany admitted, though she would prefer some different scenery should she ever walk down the aisle again.
“If we were to renew our vows or if I were to get married to him today, I would do something mountainy, like I would go somewhere like Colorado or Wyoming or something,” Brittany said on her Stories. “And it would definitely be more of a cowgirl, moody, just vibey [ceremony]. It would be completely different.”

Some people grow up with wedding vision boards and a clear image of what they want their weddings to look like, but Brittany said she wasn't one of them. She didn't even know if she wanted to get married, she added in her post.
As a result, she was an easy-going bride. Brittany added that's how she and the "Highway Desperado" singer, 48, ended up getting married in Mexico. She shared that Jason wanted to be on the beach for the occasion, to which she responded, "Sure, yeah. Whatever."
Marrying a public figure came with its own challenges, Brittany explained, but overall she adjusted to the spotlight on Jason fairly quickly.
“I feel like I am pretty resilient, so it didn’t take me long. I always kind of had it,” she said on her Instagram Stories. “But I will say nothing really truly prepares you to get married to someone who is in the limelight, like it’s not something that you get used to easily, especially when it comes with a lot of people’s outside opinions.”

This revelation came with the realization that she hadn’t grown up fantasising about her wedding day like some individuals, including being unsure about marriage initially.:max_bytes(150000):strip_icc():format(jpeg)/Jason-Aldean-Brittany-Aldean-091025-bf4d6f26ab434635a2f828aaaa6c2d50.jpg)

Despite not having a set vision for her nuptials, Brittany’s adaptability shone through as she accommodated Jason’s desire for a beach ceremony with no fuss.
